Celebrity Interior Designer Ron Wilson 2011 Beth Olam - Hollywood Forever Cemetery
Ron Wilson (April 29, 1938 - Jun. 1, 2011) was a successful interior designer referred to as "Designer of the Stars" due to his long roster of celebrity clients.

Ron Wilson passed away peacefully on June 1, 2011.
He was loved by his life partner, family, and friends. Ron was an interior designer and began designing when he was twenty-six years old. He had an eye for great style and unmistakable passion for creating space to inspire those who live in it. This was his gift and he was lucky to have discovered it early in life and follow it with abandon.
His work has been featured on the cover and in the pages of Architectural Digest, House and Garden, House Beautiful, and magazines throughout the world. He has been named one of Architectural Digest's 100 best designers and has lectured on design at the Smithsonian Institute, UCLA, and USC.
Ron was proud to sponsor the Ron Wilson Art Gallery at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California which features the work of fine contemporary artist in a beautiful space. Ron is often referred to as "Designer of the Stars" because of his long roster of celebrity clients, including Princess Diana, Michael Landon, Johnny Carson, Don Rickles, Tom Selleck, Kenny Rogers, Eddie Murphy and, of course, he has designed nineteen homes for Cher.
Ron is survived by his life and business partner Joseph F. Guidera, his brother, Marvin Wilson (Shirley), and by his nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Hollywood Forever Chapel, 6000 Santa Monica Boulevard, Hollywood, CA.
